The parcels are generally shipped within 2 working days after receiving the payment. They are shipped with a tracking number and delivered without a signature.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each one.
In the case of particularly significant orders (weighing more than 30 kg or of very high total value) our carriers are unable to deliver their services. If that case applies to your order, we suggest splitting your order into 2 separate parcels to benefit from the full transport services.
We are committed to delivering to your location your parcel intact without any risk of loss or damage. Furthermore, we take particular care with fragile items.
The dimensions of the shipping boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In the event that you wish to ship your package to a different address than your billing address, just select the box « different shipment address » and fill in the address of the receiver.
In the case of deliveries to pick-up/relay points where the packages have not been collected within the allotted time, the re-shipment of the goods will be invoiced to the customer.
Additional costs of up to € 30 will be charged to customers residing in Corsica. We do not currently deliver in the DOM-TOM or outside of France.
